Hi, I am a 4th year graduate student in the IBMS program (Computational Biology and Bioinformatics Cluster). My primary research in the Goodson lab at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry focuses on data-driven stochastic modeling of dynamical systems of microtubules accompanied by distinct studies on agent-based simulations of continuous culture systems.
Additionally, I am expanding my research into simulations of prebiotic molecular systems to investigate the mechanisms of very early evolution.
My journey in mathematical biology highlighted the power of interdisciplinary collaboration, inspiring me to help establish Q-Bio@ND. This community is aimed at uniting Notre Dame researchers across diverse fields who share a commitment to quantitative and computational biology. Through Q-Bio@ND, I’m committed to building an inclusive environment for using math to solve the intricate challenges of modern biology together.
